Leading

It was a windy Saturday so ended up going to Lawrencefield, which every body had the same idea. Got a few routes in then headed to Yarncliffe which was surprisingly quiet. We had a great afternoon climbing.

Great rope work

Bouldering at Burbage

On Tuesday got out bouldering it was a bit damp in the cracks but then the sun came out for a short time and it felt amazing. Were I was climbing I saw this rotting tree stump and it had so much lichens and fungi on it and the light reflecting on it made all the colour's look amazing.

Scotland

On Sat 15th I visited Glen Coe and soloed Aonach Eagach Ridge. What a great route, there was so much snow on top and not as hard as you would like so it made it a bit more exciting. Weather was not to bad and by the afternoon you had a great view but windy. I recommend this route to all.

Learn to Lead climbing course

Its been a great three days teaching lead climbing. Over the three days we had to dodge the rain and the strong winds, but we covered lots and climbed as much as we could. It was great to see someone progress so much on the course.

Being on the sharp end with help and advice next to you.

 Ready for another lead
